Tests the host's ability to successfully and quickly transfer a 755KB file from each of the 3 remote IPower hosted sites.

Executes a ping test to see how many packets are returned. Optimally, a 100% return rate is expected, although some factors outside of the webhost can contribute to lost packets.

As well as returing packets, a ping test will return a response time. High response time can indicate problems with a host. Response times optimally should be well under 100ms.
